Following Terms govern the access to, and use of, the website and the Services provided and made available by JustIntern. When you access our website and choose to utilise our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use symbolise the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, implicit or otherwise, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

These terms of agreement constitute and form a legal and binding agreement between you and (JustIntern). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you will not be authorised to use this website or our services.

Further, if you disregard or violate any term in this Agreement or any procedures or policies that may be connected to this Agreement, then we shall reserve the right to cancel any services we would provide, or are providing, to you or proceed against you suitably. JustIntern reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use at our sole and absolute discretion.


Authentic Information

You will not provide any false personal or professional information at the time of internship application or while creating an account with JustIntern, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without their consent.

Only one account shall be created per individual, any misrepresentation or impersonation would result in your account being disabled on the site without any notice.

You shall not post anything offensive, objectionable, obscene or against the law on this website. Further, you must not collect, store, or use personal data about other users of the website other than in connection with your permitted use of the Service

Update Changes

You shall visit the website regularly and make sure your data is updated at all points of time. Any change of location, phone no. or other information should be updated within 48 hours of the change to keep the website effective for all parties concerned.

Password Security

You will be solely responsible for safeguarding the security and confidentiality of the password for your Student Account, and you will be solely responsible and liable for all actions initiated using your Log-in ID and password. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Log-in ID or password, you must intimate us at the earliest.

Third party communication

You will not request or solicit internships or other opportunities directly from users/employers registered on the Website. All communications with employers shall be through the tools/facilities provided on the website only, unless otherwise expressly permitted by JustIntern, any other form of communication with the employers shall be a breach of these Terms.

Provide Complete Information

While filling an application for the internship, contemplate the internship’s complete details w.r.t profile, start date, location, duration, whether paid or unpaid, skills required, etc., before applying for it. Irrelevant applications not fulfilling the required criteria may not be considered for the internship and may also result in blocking and penalising your account.


JustIntern does not guarantee your selection for an internship. JustIntern merely provides an online platform that allows you to find and connect to employers for the sole purpose of an internship. JustIntern does not control or supervise the employers and hence, cannot control or be responsible for your selection.

Respond On Time

Upon filing an application and its selection for an internship, if any communication is received from JustIntern or the hiring organisation, the response must be made within the stipulated time. Otherwise, such applications may be rejected, or the internship may be awarded to the next shortlisted person applied for the internship.

Not Showing Up

On acceptance of an internship offer, real effort must be made to join and start the internship within the due dates. To not show up or to decline an accepted internship offer at the last moment shall not only invalidate the internship offer but also make your account liable for being blocked or penalised.

Further, JustIntern does not control or supervise your conduct in the course of the internship; you will be solely responsible for conducting yourself as a prudent person would under the circumstances in the conduct of his/her affairs and for any transactions, interactions or communications between you and the hiring organisation. The onus is on the student to maintain professional standards and decorum


On premature termination of internship other than because of the fault of the student, service charges paid earlier on account of providing assistance, guidance or interaction by JustIntern shall be refunded as per our refund policy.

However, if the internship is terminated due to non-adherence by the student with the terms of the agreement with the hiring organisation, such termination shall not be eligible for the refund.


Apart from JustIntern, Under no circumstances should you make any payment to the hiring organisation, any payment so made shall be at your risk.

Misuse of Service

You will not use the Service to send any unsolicited commercial communication or unauthorised advertising, junk mail, or spam. You shall also not transfer, sell, or share any employer’ data. Any such activity if proven against you would result in your account being permanently blocked and be liable for legal proceedings.


The application will be approved only after the payment of 10% stipend along with the service tax, to JustIntern. No other payment has to be done to JustIntern. In any case service tax paid will not be refunded.


Rights to Represent Organisation

If you represent an organisation, you must have the right to make representation on their behalf, and both you and the organisation agree to these terms and conditions. For an organisational account, you will not share your password and username with people who do not have the right to make representation on behalf of the organisation.

You shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the password and JustIntern shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party.

Authentic Information

The user shall give an undertaking to JustIntern that the internships sought to and through JustIntern are in existence, genuine, and the subscriber has the authority to recruit /advertise for such internships. Any dispute arising out of unauthorised posting shall be solely your responsibility, and you compensate JustIntern of any possible consequences of such actions.

Internship Post Details

You must provide accurate and complete details about the organisation and the internship profile. Any act of misinformation or concealment would result in the internship post being declined and also your account being permanently blocked.

Third Party Posts

No third party posting shall be allowed at Justintern, only genuine and authentic internships directly related to the organisation you work for shall be posted. Third party posting shall be severely dealt with and would result in the internship post being declined and also your account being permanently blocked.

Validity of Service

JustIntern agrees to provide the service to the user only for the duration, and the number of vacancies contracted for, JustIntern shall not be held liable for any information received by the user, and it shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its cost and expense.

Information Misuse

The user shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws for the protection of the personal details of the applicant whose profiles are accessed by them through JustIntern. Any unsolicited calls or emails sent to a candidate other than for the purpose of intern hiring will be taken as a direct reason for termination of services.

Mishandling Data

The information on JustIntern is for use by its subscribers alone and does not authorise the subscriber to download and use the data for commercial purposes or transfer, sell, or share the data with anyone. In case anyone is found to be in violation of this, then JustIntern at its discretion may suspend its service, permanently block the account and also may take such action as it may seem necessary.

Information provided to JustIntern.

Details of the applicants selected for the internship by the organisation shall be intimated to JustIntern within 15 days from the last date of submission of application. This allows us to fulfil our obligations to students and therefore keep the engagement process time bound and transparent. Further, the Recruiter must give an undertaking that there will be no fee charged from any student who is contacted through our database for processing of such person.


Hiring organisation shall also ensure that there is no material difference between the internship details that are posted on JustIntern and the details that are later communicated to the students during the selection process. Any material difference (such as deviation of stipend, working hours or duration of internship) may result in your account being permanently blocked.

Payment Policy

JustIntern will commence initiating the engagement process and services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the recruiter or a third party on behalf of the recruiter. The payment for service once subscribed to by the recruiter is not refundable or transferable to any other person, body corporate, individual or firm.

No Guarantee

JustIntern offers no guarantee nor warranties to the recruiter that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all for the internship posted, hence hiring of an intern is not guaranteed by JustIntern.

Misbehavior/Misconduct by the Intern.

In the event you become aware of or come across any suspicious activity, disorderly, harassing or unprofessional behaviour/conduct by any student or another user, it must be urgently reported to JustIntern. You may bring to our notice any misbehaviour or misconduct by the student at the workplace or any instances where the student doesn’t honour or comply with the agreement.


Any issues due to the violation of the agreement will be governed by the laws of India and subject to selective ward of courts in the state of Jharkhand.
