Practical as he says ” because I am not treated like a “typical intern“. Rather I am actively encouraged to run with important tasks; tasks that help shape the future of the company. ”
So whether it is driving calls with VPs of top talking offices or setting up private gatherings with world-class sports picture takers, Linos was given a level of trust that mirrors being in a family. The homely feeling, supportive co-workers, friendly environment all these add to the memorable experience we gain.
He felt like being a part of a family because everyone at the office cared so much about the team as a whole. The team discussed everything from travel plans to going to the park to watch baseball games together and what not.
Linos says- “All of this has made my start-up intern experience unique (in a super-duper positive way) and one that will profoundly influence the type of work I do in the future.”
He enjoys working closely with people, and at a start-up that is where you are going to get for the most part.
